and login information for our account holders' hosting
services.
Our goal is to give safe and affordable services to those
who need it and we do not practice the popular selling of account holder contact
information for additional profit.
What is My Contact
Information Used For?
As with any company, our account
holders must be able to be contacted for important notifications
concerning their accounts and/or changes in our services.
We use this information only to send important notices
such as Account Invoices, Payment Receipts, Service Suspension,
Service Termination, New Service Announcements, Support
Center Replies, and/or Change-in-service Announcements.
Is there a Guarantee that Information will
not be Leaked?
Arctist guarantees
that information stored in our databases will not be
shared to anyone other than Arctist staff. However, some
services we offer such as Domain Name Registrations are
exempt from this guarantee because anyone on Earth can
query a WHOIS Search and find contact information for
the domain holder. However, because we register
them under our account, this information is usually
not provided when to the domain registrar (NameCheap.com). |
